Refund policy
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return. Certain items are non-returnable, such as clearance items, sale items, or personalized/custom products.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please email us before sending it back.
RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for higher-value items.
